Follow our submission process to ensure your paper reaches our review committee.

5-Step Submission Process

Prepare Your Paper

Write your paper following the conference template and formatting guidelines. Ensure your paper is original, well-structured, and includes all required sections (abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, conclusion, and references).

Requirements:

  • 6-8 pages (full paper) or 4-5 pages (short paper)
  • PDF format
  • IEEE citation format
  • No author names in the paper

Create EasyChair Account

If you don't have an EasyChair account, create one at easychair.org. This will be your portal for all submission-related activities.

What to prepare:

  • Valid email address
  • Author information (name, affiliation, country)
  • ORCID ID (optional but recommended)

Submit Your Paper

Log in to EasyChair and navigate to the ICIC 2026 conference submission page. Click "Submit a Paper" and follow the submission form. Upload your PDF file and fill in all required metadata including title, abstract, and author information.

Submission checklist:

  • Paper PDF uploaded
  • Title clearly stated
  • Abstract (100-150 words)
  • Keywords (5-8 terms)
  • Author details filled
  • Topic area selected

Confirmation & Tracking

After successful submission, you'll receive a confirmation email with your submission ID. Use this ID to track your paper's review status on the EasyChair platform.

What happens next:

  • Confirmation email sent immediately
  • Paper assigned for review (within 1 week)
  • Review process: 4-6 weeks
  • Notification by July 30, 2026

Camera-Ready Submission

If your paper is accepted, you'll receive notification with reviews and feedback. You'll have one week to submit the camera-ready version (final version incorporating reviewer feedback).

Final submission deadline:

  • Camera-ready version due: August 20, 2026
  • Include copyright transfer form
  • Submit via EasyChair
  • Registration required by Sept 15
